The arrival

Arrive beneath the curving, shimmering podium, and it is immediately clear this is no ordinary Brickell tower.

The idea

Brickell, meet The Standard.

Boutique-hotel style and service, brought home to a riverside tower in Brickell. That is the concept, per the developer.

The Standard hotels began in Hollywood in 1999 and now include properties in New York, Miami, London, the Maldives and beyond. The Standard Residences translate that sensibility to residential living, with collections in Miami, Lisbon, Phuket and Hua Hin.

The tower is being developed by Lofty Brickell LLC under a license from Standard International Management, LLC. The hotel brand itself doesn’t own, develop, offer or manage the residences.

Project details on this page come from the developer’s brochure (January 2025) and flyer (July 2026).

Family in the building

The Corbetts chose The Standard. You can too.

My son is under contract on a residence at The Standard, so I have evaluated it the way a family does, not only the way an agent does.

Wiley Corbett III

See why we chose it. Let’s connect and discuss.

Disclosure: a family member of Wiley Corbett III is under contract to purchase a residence at The Standard Residences, Brickell Miami.
